January Upcycle/Recycle No buy Challenge Number 1!!!

Hey guys! It looks like we will have a good amount of folks joining on us this journey! I hope to see you all at the finish line!!


I know that my biggest struggle this week is going to be avoiding the haul videos on Youtube! Those videos are definitely of the devil for me! :) So, my goal is to avoid them like the plaque this week!


My challenges to you this week are :

1. Organize at least 2 areas in your space! May it be the embellishments that are everywhere including the floor, or the ribbon that has busted out of its current storage area.
2. Create one item-- a tag, a scrapbook page, a mini page, etc... Anything using one of the oldest items in your scrapbook area! Do you have a wax seal that was popular oh about 10 years ago? I do... I am going to figure out how to incorporate it into something this week

Choose one of these or do both, or do neither! But remember, lets help each other use what we have and not purchase new!

I am going to leave you with some before pics of my studio! I am going to be working on it all week long and I hope to have it reasonably organized by Thursday! Now, don't laugh at its state! And remember.. the floors aren't dirty this is the only room in the house that hasn't been remodeled .. and the painted wood floors need some serious help!!
