So I strapped on the New Balance's again today and took off in search of physical fitness... ( I didn't find it if you are wondering :D) But I hopefully put a dent in working on some of my issues!
I kicked in into high gear toward the end of my walk and ended up having a max speed of 6.25 today... let me tell you.. my short little legs were zoomin!!
Here's the stats:
Total Moving Time---37.16 minutes
Average Moving Speed--2.8 mph
Max Speed---6.25 mph
Distance--1.76 miles ( I could have swore where I walked to was a two mile track.. but I guess not.. I might measure in the truck later!)
So... all in all another successful walk.. I know that my average moving speed will improve over time.. and I am really happy about that max speed.. I don't think i will be able to get to that again anytime soon!!
